I take the stairs instead of the elevator.
I also separate my garbage and recycling.
Oh, and I bring my own reusable bags to the grocery store.

I use the smallest pots and pans possible when cooking to reduce the amount of energy being used. (Smaller surface area=faster heat transfer) as well as a lid to cover and conserve the heat/energy being used.
